§ 151.13 ORDER FOLLOWING HEARING.
   After the hearing provided for in this code, the City Council shall make findings as to compliance with the provisions of this chapter and shall issue an order in writing sustaining, modifying, or withdrawing the denial or the notice. The determination by the City Council shall be final.
