(A) The issuance of any certificate of occupancy or location permit shall require a fee sufficient to cover the cost of the required physical inspections. The fee will be determined by the City Manager of the city. The City Manager is empowered to formulate such policies, procedures, and guidelines deemed necessary in relation to the issuance of any certificate of occupancy or permit for location of manufactured housing within the city limits.
(B) Within this section, MANUFACTURED HOUSING shall include any mobile home, trailer house, or other manufactured residential dwelling fabricated in an offsite manufacturing facility, designed to be a permanent residence, but which is still transportable, whether or not the dwelling was manufactured in compliance with 42 U.S.C. § 5401, the National Manufactured Housing Construction and Safety Standards Act of 1974.
