(A) Upon receiving the report provided for in this chapter, or upon receipt of equivalent information from any reliable source, the City Manager shall place the matter upon the agenda of the City Council for hearing and consideration at an appropriate date which will permit the giving of the notices prescribed by state law.
(B) All notices and procedures shall be in accordance with 11 O.S. §§ 22-112 and 22-112. 1, as amended.
