(A) It is unlawful for any person:
(1) To appear or be upon or in any street, alley, place of business, or other public place while under the influence of marijuana;
(2) To use, have, or possess marijuana upon or in any street, alley, place of business, or other public place within the city;
(3) To use marijuana in any place within the city except as legally prescribed by a physician licensed to practice in the state;
(4) To loiter about a place where marijuana is sold or furnished illegally; or
(5) To sell or furnish illegally to another person marijuana.
(B) The term MARIJUANA shall have the meaning prescribed by 63 O.S. § 2-101 for “marijuana.”
