§ 30.024 CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER.
   The Code Enforcement Officer for the city is hereby authorized to issue citations for violations of the city code. The Code Enforcement Officer for the city shall carry or display a badge or other emblem of authority as an officer of the city. Citations issued by the Code Enforcement Officer shall be enforced and prosecuted in the same manner as such other citations issued by law enforcement officers for the city.
