§ 30.007 RETENTION AND DESTRUCTION OF CITY RECORDS.
   (A)   The following records shall be retained for the period indicated thereafter:
      (1)   Employee retirement records: five years;
      (2)   Employee fire pension records: five years;
      (3)   Sanitation contracts: five years from contract expiration date;
      (4)   Council packets containing agendas and minutes: five years;
      (5)   Employee health insurance: five years;
      (6)   Cafeteria plans: five years;
      (7)   Property and liability insurance: ten years;
      (8)   Workers compensation: ten years;
      (9)   Boyer Lake Dam inspection reports: 15 years;
      (10)   Safety meetings: three years;
      (11)   Golf course receipts: ten years;
      (12)   Golf cart shed rental: two years; and
      (13)   Swimming pool receipts: ten years.
   (B)   The following shall be permanently retained: all Sewer and Water Improvement District records; all records of City Council meetings, minutes, ordinances, and resolutions; all WPWA meeting minutes; all election, including, but not limited to, Charter changes and Council members; all grants that were obtained for sewer, water, or parks; and all records that are subject to pending litigation.
   (C)   All other records shall be retained or destroyed at the instruction of the City Manager, which instruction must be consistent with 11 O.S. § 22-131.
