§ 112.12 INSPECTIONS.

Any licensed premises, establishment, service, or person shall be subject to inspection at any time during working hours by any member of the City Police Department, Health Department, Fire Department, Protective Inspections Department, or Legal Department to determine and ensure compliance with the provisions of this chapter. It shall be unlawful and an offense for any person or licensee to refuse to allow such inspections.
