(A) Any applicant or licensee who pays any fee with a check which is subsequently dishonored for any reason shall be automatically suspended from license operation authority without further notice until payment satisfactory to the Clerk is made.
(B) This provision shall not prevent the filing of criminal charges if and when applicable.
