§ 111.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(B) Any person who violates any of the provisions of § 111.01 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in § 10.99. In addition thereto, any person convicted of violation may be enjoined from continuing the violation.
