The Council of the city shall hold a regular meeting at 5:00 p.m. on the first Tuesday of every month. If such Tuesday shall fall on a holiday, the regular meeting shall be held on the following Thursday at 5:00 p.m. Adjourned meetings of the Council shall be convened at such times as determined by the Council.
