In addition to the foregoing restrictions, the provisions of the state law regarding the sale, possession, manufacture, distribution, or use of any alcoholic beverages, including, without limitation, 37A O.S. §§ 1-101 et seq., are hereby adopted and incorporated herein by reference and are enforceable by the city within the city limits as fully as if set out at length herein and any violation thereof is punishable in the Municipal Court, the same as violation of any other city ordinance.
