For the purposes of this subchapter, all words, phrases, and terms used in this subchapter and not defined herein shall be interpreted and construed in conformity with the definitions of the same set forth in 37A O.S. § 1-103, with the same force and effect as if set forth in full herein, and such definitions are made a part hereof by reference.
