§ 95.07 CERTAIN OBSTRUCTIONS PROHIBITED.
   (A)   No person may obstruct any street, avenue, alley, crosswalk, sidewalk, right-of-way, easement, or public ground in the city by any one of the following:
      (1)   Placing, erecting, constructing, or maintaining any structure over, upon, or across any such area or by placing any bush, hedge, or fence on such area or by blocking by any means except as authorized in this code;
      (2)   Parking or working on any automobile, truck, motorcycle, or other vehicle which is not in a condition to be operated in its normal manner of operation or which is partially dismantled or is in the process of or is completely dismantled or junked, except minor emergency repairs; and/or
      (3)   Parking, from sunset to sunrise, any truck, tractor, trailer, or other vehicle having dual wheels, or the chassis thereof, any boat trailer, motor home, or camping trailer of any size, or any vehicle having a width greater than 84 inches within the area of the city zoned as R-1 Single-R Family Residential District and R-2 Mixed Residential District.
   (B)   Any of the acts hereby prohibited shall constitute an obstruction even though it is only a partial obstruction of the public’s free and unrestricted use of such street, avenue, alley, crosswalk, sidewalk, right-of-way, easement, or other public ground.
