§ 94.060 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   LAKE. The body of water owned by the city and known as Lake Boyer. Such term shall also include all property surrounding the lake and owned or controlled by the city, unless clearly indicated to the contrary.
   WATER SKIING or SKIING. The act of being towed by boat and motor on properly designed wooden or metal skis, wherein the person being towed holds or secures to his or her person a towline direct from the boat.
