The Superintendent shall make a report on the condition of the cemetery at each Association meeting. An annual written report shall be presented to the Association in July of each year with all information necessary for recommending the amount that should be requested for the cemetery budget. Further, the Association shall, on the first Monday in January and July of each year, make a full report to the City Council of all lots sold, interments made, and all money received and expended by the Association.
