(A) Lots in the cemetery shall be conveyed by certificate or deed signed by the Chairperson of the Association and attested by the Secretary of the Association, under the seal of the city.
(1) The certificate shall show the price for which the lots are sold and specify that the person to whom it is issued is the owner of the lot or lots described therein by number, as laid down in the plat, for the purpose of interment.
(2) The certificate shall vest in the purchaser and his or her heirs a right to the lot or lots, for the sole purpose of interment, under the regulations of the Association and city.
(B) Before recording any conveyance between purchasers and sellers, proof of ownership and documentation of lot conveyance, as required by the city, shall be submitted to the City Clerk.
