§ 94.040 SUPERINTENDENT.
   (A)   The Association shall recommend to the City Council a person or persons to be considered for employment as the Cemetery Superintendent for the city.
   (B)   The Superintendent’s duties shall be to officially manage the cemeteries under the direction of the City Manager and to enforce the rules and regulations adopted by the Association.
   (C)   The cemeteries shall be included within the Parks and Recreation Department.
