§ 94.037 ASSOCIATION AUTHORITY AND POWERS.

   (A)   The Association shall function as both an advisory and administrative body.

   (B)   It shall have the power to:

      (1)   Adopt rules and regulations for cemetery operations;

      (2)   Make rulings on the applicability of rules and regulations for the cemetery;

      (3)   Make recommendations affecting cemetery management to the City Manager;

      (4)   Make recommendations to the City Council for budgetary items;

      (5)   Make recommendations to the City Council with respect to the employment of a Superintendent; and

      (6)   Set fees and charges for spaces and services rendered at city’s cemeteries.
