§ 94.036 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   ASSOCIATION. The Walters Cemetery Association.
   DEPARTMENT. The Parks and Recreation Department of the city.
   RULES AND REGULATIONS. The rules and regulations established by the Association for cemetery operations.
   SUPERINTENDENT. The person employed as caretaker for the cemeteries owned and operated by the city.
