§ 94.035 CEMETERY ASSOCIATION.
   (A)   A board is hereby established, to be known as the Walters Cemetery Association. It shall consist of five Trustees, to be appointed and removed by the Mayor with the approval of the City Council. One Trustee shall be Chairperson, one Vice Chairperson, and one Secretary whose terms shall expire July 31 of each year.
   (B)   In July of each year, the members of the Board shall elect their officers for the next ensuing fiscal year. Trustees shall be appointed to serve terms of five years, and terms of office shall be staggered at one-year intervals; provided, however, that the terms of the existing Trustees shall continue as originally appointed pursuant to Ord. 94-437 in 1994, that is: one member shall serve a term of two years, one member shall serve a term of four years, and one member shall serve a term of six years. Of the new Trustees, one member shall be appointed to a term expiring July 31, 1998, and the other to a term expiring July 31, 2000. A majority of all the members of the Cemetery Association shall constitute a quorum. The Association shall hold quarterly meetings, at such times and places as it shall select, and special meetings as the Association Chairperson shall deem necessary. A complete copy of the minutes of each meeting shall be kept by the City Clerk.
