(A) The Board members shall hold office as follows: initial appointments shall be for one-year terms, two-year terms, and two three-year terms.
(B) Subsequent appointments shall be for three-year terms, except in the case of an appointment to fill a vacancy, which appointment shall be for the remainder of the unexpired term which is vacant.
(C) All terms of initial and succeeding appointees shall expire on June 20 of the designated year.
