§ 94.003 CITY SWIMMING POOL.
   (A)   The City Council of the city deem that it is necessary and expedient to the city and to the best interests of the city to set a new fee structure for admission to and use of the Walters Public Swimming Pool and to adopt this section setting such fees, to-wit:
   (B)   The fees to be charged for admission to and use of the Walters Public Swimming Pool shall be subject to change at the discretion of the City Council from time to time:
      (1)   Children (18 years of age and under): $2.50;
      (2)   Adults (over 18 years of age): $3;
      (3)   Parties:
         (a)   Twenty-five people or less, two-hour minimum: $45 per hour;
         (b)   Twenty-five people or more, two-hour minimum: $60 per hour; and
         (c)   Extra life guard for each 25 people: $15 per hour.
      (4)   Summer pass: $50; and
      (5)   Family pass: $125 for three and $25 for each additional.
