§ 93.059 IMMEDIATE REMOVAL OF VEHICLE OBSTRUCTING TRAFFIC.
   Nothing contained in this subchapter shall affect the provisions permitting immediate removal of a vehicle left on public property which constitutes an obstruction to traffic.
