§ 93.055 DISPOSAL OF ABANDONED OR JUNKED PERSONAL PROPERTY.
   The Chief of Police shall dispose of abandoned or junked personal property or parts thereof by removal to a scrap yard or salvage yard or cause it to be demolished as scrap or salvage, but subject to the provision of § 93.054.
