(A) The Chief of Police of the city may order the removal of any abandoned or junked personal property. Any order requiring the removal of such abandoned or junked personal property or part thereof shall include a description of the abandoned or junked personal property and, if applicable, the correct identification number and license number of the abandoned or junked personal property if available at the site.
(B) The Chief of Police or any police officer may enter upon private real property for the purposes specified in this subchapter relative to removal of abandoned or junked personal property to examine the abandoned or junked personal property or parts thereof, obtain information as to the identity of the abandoned or junked personal property, and to remove or cause the removal of the abandoned or junked personal property or parts thereof declared by the Chief of Police to be a nuisance, pursuant to the provisions of this subchapter.
