(A) It is unlawful for any person to burn, join in, or assist in the burning of or to permit the burning of, trash, wood, garbage, refuse, leaves, or other combustible material in the city’s fire district.
(C) This section shall not apply to the burning of any such combustible as fuel in a properly constructed firebox, nor to any burning of trash, garbage, or refuse within the confines of a building or as may be approved pursuant to state rules and regulations.
