§ 92.02 FIRE DEPARTMENT TO ENFORCE CODE.
   (A)   (1)   The Fire Prevention Code shall be enforced by the Fire Department of the city, under the supervision of the Chief of the Fire Department.
      (2)   For the purpose of the Fire Prevention Code, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
         BUREAU OF FIRE PREVENTION and CHIEF OF THE BUREAU OF FIRE PREVENTION. The Fire Department and Chief of the Fire Department, respectively, of this city.
         CORPORATION COUNSEL. The City Attorney of this city.
         MUNICIPALITY. This city.
   (B)   The Chief of the Fire Department may detail such members of the Fire Department as inspectors as may from time to time be necessary.
