§ 90.19 IMPOUNDMENT FEES.
   (A)   Any animal impounded hereunder may be reclaimed by its owner upon payment of an impoundment fee in an amount to be set by the City Council from time to time for the first impoundment, and another amount to be set by the City Council from time to time for each subsequent impoundment. Said fee shall be paid for each animal impounded.
   (B)   Such owner shall also pay a daily maintenance fee in an amount to be set by the City Council from time to time per day for each day such animal has been impounded. Such owner shall also comply with division (B) below.
   (C)   (1)   Within five days after the owner reclaims any animal which may be of the type to contract rabies, such owner shall provide proof of current rabies vaccination from a veterinarian.
      (2)   Failure to provide such proof within such time period shall result in the re-impoundment of such animal.
