§ 90.15 STAKING OUT, CONFINING ANIMALS ON PUBLIC PROPERTY OR ON PRIVATE PROPERTY WITHOUT CONSENT OF OWNER.
   It is unlawful for any person to stake out, confine, or pasture any animal on any public school ground, on any federal, state, city, or other public property, or on any railroad right-of-way or on any other property, without the consent of the person owning or controlling such property.
