§ 77.37 SPEED LIMIT.
   (A)   No person shall operate any motorcycle at a speed greater than the speed limit legally posted.
   (B)   In no event nor at any time may an operator under the age of 16 years operate a motorcycle at a speed greater than 35 mph.
