It is unlawful to park, store, or otherwise let stand a truck or other vehicle which is used for the purpose of transporting or delivering flammable and combustible liquids as defined by the fire prevention code of the American Insurance Association and trucks or other vehicles which are used for the transportation and delivery of liquefied petroleum gases in any area within the city, except as may be permitted in applicable regulations of the city and state; however, the trucks and vehicles restricted in this section may be temporarily parked at locations otherwise zoned for the purpose of loading and unloading flammable and combustible liquids and liquefied petroleum gases for a period not to exceed one and one-half hours during any 24-hour period.
