§ 76.18 PARKING ON STREETS, ALLEYS, AND RIGHTS-OF-WAY.
   (A)   It is unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to park any of the following on any street, alley, or right-of-way in the city, except as provided in division (B) below:
      (1)   Truck;
      (2)   Bus;
      (3)   Tractor;
      (4)   Trailer;
      (5)   Truck-trailer, semi-trailer, or combination of any of the above;
      (6)   Boat;
      (7)   Equipment of any nature (recreational or work-related); or
      (8)   Any other motor vehicle.
   (B)   The items listed in division (A) above may be parked entirely on private property so long as they do not obstruct the usage of the streets by other vehicles and pedestrians.
   (C)   It shall be permissible for automobiles, pick-ups, and other motor vehicles which do not exceed a gross vehicle weight (GVW) of one ton, to park on any street in the city for a continuous period of not longer than 72 hours so long as they do not obstruct the usage of the streets by other vehicles and pedestrians.
   (D)   (1)   It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle which is not in running condition on any street, alley, or right-of-way in the city.
      (2)   Such vehicles may be parked entirely on private property, provided that they are properly secured and are hidden from public view.
