§ 76.13 STANDING OR PARKING ON LEFT SIDE OF ONE-WAY STREETS.
   (A)   The City Manager may have signs erected upon the left-hand side of any one-way street to prohibit the standing or parking of vehicles.
   (B)   When the signs are in place, no person shall stand or park a vehicle in violation of any such signs.
