(A) No person shall park a vehicle on any street for a period of time longer than 24 hours.
(B) (1) No person shall park a vehicle on any public parking lot owned or controlled by the city for a period of time longer than 72 hours; however, the City Manager may under such rules, regulations, or directions as the City Council may establish, grant special permission for a person to park a vehicle on a public parking lot owned or controlled by the city for a period of time in excess of 72 hours.
(2) This section shall not affect parking limits established for shorter periods.
