§ 51.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   (1)   Any person who in any manner directly or indirectly violates or permits others under his or her supervision, custody, or control to violate any term of a duly published proclamation shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Any violation of the provisions of the City Manager’s proclamation or action of the Council shall be punishable by a fine or imprisonment as provided in § 10.99.
      (2)   Violation of the established regulations for watering at times not allowed and conviction for said violation shall be subject to a fine in an amount to be set by the City Council from time to time for the first violation and a fine in another amount to be set by the City Council from time to time for all such subsequent violations.
