§ 51.04 RIGHT OF ENTRY TO PREMISES SERVED BY SYSTEM.
   Consumers taking water from the city shall, at all reasonable hours, grant any person authorized by the City Manager free access to all parts of the premises to which water is delivered, for the purpose of inspection and examination of fixtures, or to read the meters.
