§ 50.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person, whether as owner, plumber, electrician, servant, agent, or employee, who shall make any connection to the water, sewer, or electric system without first having secured a permit as provided herein, shall be deemed guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in § 10.99.

   (C)   Any person who in any manner directly or indirectly violates or permits others under his or her supervision, custody or control to violate any provision of this chapter, or any rules or regulations adopted pursuant to any of the chapters in this part, shall be guilty of an offense. Such violation shall be punishable as provided in § 10.99.
