§ 50.47 BILLING FEE SCHEDULE FOR UTILITY SERVICES.

   (A)   Applicable to all existing and new customers of the Walters Public Works Authority for all monthly services provided by the authority. The following amounts are subject to change at the discretion of the City Council from time to time.

      (1)   Past due fee: 5% of the bill;

      (2)   Disconnect notice: $10;

      (3)   Trip charge: $5;

      (4)   Reconnect fee:

         (a)   Twenty dollars; and

         (b)   After hours, $15 additional ($35).

      (5)   Returned check fee: $25.

   (B)   The effective date of said rate changes shall be November 1, 2012.
