§ 50.11 PROCEDURE FOR GOVERNING BOARD TO FIX FUTURE UTILITY RATES.
   The Mayor and City Council, acting either as the governing board of the city or as trustees of the City Public Works Authority, may establish future rates for utility services by ordinance, motion, or resolution, as the case may be.
