§ 33.068 TAX CONSTITUTES LIEN.
   The tax so imposed in this subchapter shall constitute a first a prior lien on all the assets located within the city of any person, firm, or corporation engaged in the business of selling power, light, heat, gas, electricity, or water within the city limits of the city.
