§ 43.02 ESTABLISHMENT.
   There is hereby established parks for use as recreational areas on land owned by the village as shown on Exhibits A and B in the appendix to this chapter and the boat ramp and dam walkway located on the northwest side of Wackena Dam between 443 Dogwood Trail and 601 Mill Road.
