For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
"DEPENDENT FAMILY MEMBER." Those immediate family members that are dependents and living in the same abode.
"IMMEDIATE FAMILY MEMBER." Spouse, parent, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
"NONRESIDENT PROPERTY OWNER." All persons who own property located within the village who are not residents of the village.
"RESIDENT." One who has his place of abode within the village.
"WALNUT CREEK COUNTRY CLUB MEMBER." Walnut Creek Country Club member in good standing.
