§ 42.24 AUTHORITY TO ENFORCE RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   The Police Department for the Village of Walnut Creek shall have the full authority to enforce all rules and regulations established for the use of Lake Wackena or Spring Lake whether established by the Lake Committee or by the Village Council.
