§ 42.23 DEPOSITING TRASH IN LAKES PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to throw, deposit, or otherwise place, or to cause to be thrown, deposited or otherwise placed on or in Lake Wackena or Spring Lake any paper, glass, cans, garbage, trash or refuse of any kind.
