The Lake Committee shall have general supervision, administration, and control over all matters pertaining to Spring Lake and Lake Wackena. It shall possess the duty and responsibility to formulate, in compliance with existing village ordinances, the rules, regulations and policies that shall govern the use of Spring Lake and Lake Wackena. In case of an emergency, the Lake Committee shall have the authority to close Lake Wackena and Spring Lake. The Lake Committee shall serve as an advisory committee to the Village Council with regard to Spring Lake and Lake Wackena and may recommend and propose to the Village Council any matter relating to the use and maintenance of such lakes.
