§ 32.02 LEGISLATIVE PURPOSES.

The Village Council declares it to be in the public interest to provide a toll free number through which an individual in this County can gain rapid, direct access to public safety aid. The number can be provided with the objective of reducing response time to situations requiring law enforcement, fire, medical, rescue, or other public safety service.
