§ 22.02 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND - WATER AND SEWER.
   The fund entitled Capital Improvement Fund - Water and Sewer, previously established by the village, shall be used to pay for capital improvements to the water system or sewer system for the village or to retire debt incurred by the village to make capital improvements to the water or sewer system of the village.
