Every person, corporation or other entity who violates this chapter shall be subject to civil penalty as provided in § 10.99. If the Village Administrator determines that any boat has been used in violation of this chapter on two occasions in any calendar year, the Village Administrator shall revoke the sticker issued to such boat and a new sticker may not be issued for that boat for a period of six months.
