(A) The parks of the village shall be maintained and operated for the sole use of:
(1) Residents of the village and their immediate families;
(2) Non-resident property owners of the village and their immediate family members; and
(3) Members of the Walnut Creek Country Club and their dependent family members.
(B) No one shall be authorized to use the parks unless accompanied by a person authorized to use such parks pursuant to division (A) above.
