§ 21.07 SIGNING OF CHECKS AND OTHER DOCUMENTS.

All checks, drafts, contracts, purchase orders or other documents obligating the village funds shall be signed by two persons. The persons authorized to sign such documents are members of the Village Council and the Village Administrator.
